“Double the Service, Double the Value, Two for the Price of One”
It was quite a serendipitous occasion when we each joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Surprise, Arizona in 2018.
As all good competitive realtors do, we quickly sized each other up and discovered we had much in common. We’d met our match!
We were pleased to find we share the same values, both personally and professionally, and that we complement each other's strengths and abilities.
As we worked together problem-solving, we found ourselves repeating, “two heads are better than one” and after kicking it around,
we decided working as a team provided more value to our clients and more efficiency for us. This led us to the concept of double teaming through the process and the idea of
"The Double Duty Agents “double the service, double the value, two for the price of one” was born.
In studying our geographical area, we determined by working together we could best represent our clients in both family neighborhoods, where Kamie lives, and active adult communities where Suzi lives.
We both come from highly successful professional backgrounds, cut our teeth on the customer service concept, and learned responsibility, follow through, and accountability at an early age. We practically grew up in business and have a passion for real estate.
The Double Duty Agents believe in giving back to their community! We support education through financial and volunteer contributions.
About Kamie Ulery
I grew up at the knee of a successful real estate broker, my father. And, following in his footsteps, my family continues in the business today. I have strong market knowledge of the greater Phoenix area having bought and sold in many communities throughout the years.
I owned and operated my own service business for
over 30 years, enjoying a variety of personalities and
cultures. My mother, also a business owner for many
years, is my business role model. Because of my parents
and my drive for excellence, I built a strong business
foundation.
My passion for real estate has led me
to my real estate career and as a business leader I
continue to embrace the “golden rule of service,”
treating my clients with the same respect as I treat my
family and friends.
My reputation centers on
integrity, honesty, and maintaining confidentiality.
Communication has been the backbone of my success.
I have established long term relationships with my
clients and enjoy keeping in touch with them today.
Having grown up in a small town in Illinois, I
developed a strong work ethic, tenacity, and adopted the
mid-west values. My husband is retired Air Force and I am
a proud mother of two. I love my community in
Surprise Farms, the West Valley, and the state of
Arizona. I look forward to helping others find their
perfect home and learn about the treasures Arizona has to
offer.

About Suzi Bicknell
I am a proven
professional and maintain high personal standards in all
that I do. I am tenacious and protective of my friends,
family, and clients.
I have been in a leadership role my entire career. I
have had the privilege of working with some of the top
retail professionals in the nation-executives who
mentored me and became my role models.
In retail you
learn to work under pressure, learn to be flexible,
learn to problem solve, and be able to adapt to change.
I was a buyer for ladies sportswear and quickly learned
the fine art of negotiation as well as the need to be
fair and respectful of others' points of view.
As a
store manager, managing different size stores and
locations with up to 200+ employees, I worked alongside
many varieties of personalities, cultures, and
demographics. We built teams, had fun, and delivered
results.
Communication was and is the essence of my
success. Timely, honest, diplomatic communication is my
standard.
I spent 4 years in downtown revitalization
as an Executive Director. We built marketing strategies
in TV, radio, print, and social media. We developed
creative monthly events to draw people and new
businesses downtown. I love finding creative solutions
and built a reputation of getting the job done.
My
husband and I have had personal property transactions in
California, Oregon, and Arizona. We have bought and sold
rentals, investment, and residential properties. I have
experienced great agents and some not so great. I took
the best from each and adopted those traits into my
realtor business model. I want to help my clients avoid
the pitfalls we experienced and help make their
transaction as stress free as possible.
I believe in
building relationships and doing what's best for my
clients. So, enough about me, let's get out there
