TRILOGY is a 55+ age restricted active adult gated community centered in the Vistancia planned community. Vistancia was awarded in 2005 for the best planned community by the National Association of Home Builders. TRILOGY will have 3300 homes when fully built out. Construction started in 2004 and homes are still being built today. TRILOGY is in the northwest portion of Peoria.
