TRILOGY is a 55+ age restricted active adult gated community centered in the Vistancia planned community. Vistancia was awarded in 2005 for the best planned community by the National Association of Home Builders. TRILOGY will have 3300 homes when fully built out. Trilogy in Peoria had 295 homes sell in 2020, from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2020. The average priced home sold at $486,230 at $234.19. The highest price home sold at $950,000. The average days on market were 79 days.
