Golf course in Arizona Traditions Community

Arizona Traditions, AZT, is an active adult community for people 55+ years in age. Homes ranging from: 1105 sq/ft. to 2391 sq/ft. Surround the beautiful 18-hole public golf course designed by Dick Bailey.

AZT was constructed between 1997 and 2013 by builder D. R. Horton. There are 1768 single family homes with many floor plans. All homes are now resale and have sold from $190,000 to $410,000. One of the sought-after amenities AZRT offers is being a gated community with 24/7 guards.

AZT is more intimate in scale with friendly people and numerous clubs, events, and activities. Concerts on the green, hiking, glass and woodworking, potlucks, lighted golf parades, pickle ball, softball teams are just a few of the fun get-togethers to be shared in AZT.

AZT has three outdoor pools, hot tubs, a 700 - person capacity ball room, bocce courts, ceramics studio, sewing studio, fitness center, and a beautifully renovated bar overlooking the golf course and gorgeous sunsets. Walking paths are a great feature as well.

One of the best features of AZT is their large group of volunteers. These dedicated people help keep the prices down in our bar, the caterers sell lunches at surprising savings, and of course they provide leadership on the board of directors.
